Company employee was giving me an update every half hour when the transport vehicle reach New Jersey (destination) to give me ample time to meet the driver since I was working during the delivery date. Delivery time was perfect since I had enough time to take a time off from my work.
The best factor was the series of calls that I got from the company about the time line of delivery.
Even the price was a little over from the competitor, I decided to use Statewide because of their prompt response to my inquiry. Time is so important to me.
The driver, Pablo was very professional.
