Good service at Reasonable price.

Stateway auto operates as both carrier and a broker. In my case, their quote was not the lowest but it was in an acceptable ballpark. I preferred them since they were a carrier and not just a broker. The argument they make is that by virtue of being a carrier they need to carry insurance which adds to the cost. Perfectly valid argument but they could also act as a broker and they obviously do not guarantee that the vehicle will be transported by their carriers and not someone else.

I had to wait a couple of days from the first available date to be assigned a pick up slot but the car was picked up at the specified time. The delivery was on-time and in line with what I was told beforehand. The car was delivered in proper condition too. The agent who helped me was Eric - helpful, reasonable and willing to answer all my questions. The actual carrier for my car was Outlaw transport and the overall experience was very smooth.

Overall they provided very good service at a very reasonable price. Very little that one can ask for beyond that. Will definitely deal with them in the future.
