When I posted online for a quote, bunches came in online, Max called followed by an email. I appreciated receiving a call and not just a message about shipping, explained the process to me. I called/texted him numerous times (nervous dad) and he promptly answered or emailed me back. Gave me contact info for driver (Steven), and driver kept us in the loop beginning to end. Vehicle was picked up by driver on time and delivered to my son much sooner than we expected.

I will call MAX and use State-by-State again when shipping my sons vehicles. Their professional and courteous service has me sold. I could not drive the vehicle for what they charged.
