Absolutely Terrible!!!! Military do not use!!!

Although this e-mail is a near mirror image of several on this site, I feel I need to file it so at least their average rating will go down. I too was tempted by the low ball offer and chose them because they were about 300 dollars less than other quotes. I booked my reservation 2 weeks before my pickup date. Having not heard from them a week prior I called to enquire when I would hear from a driver. This is when I started dealing with Alina. I called every other day until my pickup came and went. I explained how critcal my date was. She responded she couldn't find a full truck to put my car on. Then she started asking if I could spend a little more money or change my pickup city or drop off city she could probably find me a driver. I responded the reason I chose their company was the guaranteed door to door service. I told her I wanted to cancel (3 days after my pickup date) She stated that since 7 days hadn't passed beyond it I would not receive my deposit back. I then received the explanation that the seven day cancellation policy applies both before and after the pick up date. She then blamed my misunderstanding on Amber her co worker who should have explained things better. After being held hostage for 4 additional days I was released and had my car booked with a reputable company at a fair price with 24 hours. I am a military memeber and have shipped vehicles on 5 separate occaisions. I have always been booked a week before I leave. Don't gamble with this company's low ball, see if they can get the last spot on a truck, jack up the rate on you later, blame on you policy.

We were in contact with this customer throughout the whole process and advised him how the industry works. We were in process of confirming the driver on his full load to schedule the pick up. The customer cancelled his oreder with us and we were not able to transport his vehicle.
