The car was picked up within the time frame we agreed to and delivered as promised. The driver followed my exact instructions for where to put the car and the keys, as the car was delivered before we got home. The only issue I had was that somehow the driver had the wrong contact phone # for me and only after I called the carrier directly did the driver finally contact me so we could coordinate the pickup. The driver was very courteous at all times and there were no other issues. Everyone at State2State was professional and courteous.
