I originally booked our auto transport three months in advance with another company, but I found out five days before the car was scheduled to be picked up that the company couldn't do. Stars & Stripes Transportation stepped in and guaranteed a pickup date that fit our schedule. Erik was easy to work with and very forth coming about the service and the price. He returned all my calls promptly and worked to secure my business.
The only issue we encountered was the driver. The day of pickup, he called and asked if he could pick the car up two days later. I explained that wasn't possible, and he accepted that and picked up he car. He was also a day late in delivering the car, but that was OK. He came across as a solid driver, and I only fault his not making the timeline agreed upon.
I hope I don't have to transport a car again, but if I do, I would contact Stars & Stripes Transportation first.
