How can I give a star rating if there was never a pickup on the scheduled pick up day? Negative stars would be given if possible. I set up this shipping between my mother and Alex, and on the night before the pickup he still didn't have a pickup time, but said it would still be picked up. The day of my mother called several times and no one ever answered her call. I think they screen calls, because I had called and had gotten through easily. At least that day. My mother called me stressed out saying no one ever showed up- Now I can't get a call through to them. I tried to set up an arrangement with a new driver and they're saying I have to cancel with stars and stripes in order to complete the deal. HOW CAN I CANCEL IF THEY DON'T ANSWER? Absolutely horrible company. Shit for communication, and has no problems with making old ladies wait all day on them only to be stood up. I will be leaving as many of these reviews as I can.
