I originally contracted with South Beach to transport my Impala to my new home in Texas. There was a family emergency that caused me to believe I would not be able to make the move as planned. I called Manny and simply told him that I had to cancel. He was very professional and cancelled the order with no hassle. I really think Manny would do a good job for anyone. I ended up using another company after the crisis passed but not because of anything negative about South Beach. I simply had been talking to another broker and he set me up right away. So, if anyone was a problem it was me.
