Alan and Jim were good to work with - they found a quality enclosed carrier within a few days and responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. Clearly, they're motivated to satisfy customers. My only complaint is that the driver should have notified me sooner of the expected eta for delivery. The carrier was a day late on pick up and delivery, but this wasn't a problem.
