I was struggling with less then honest vehicle shipment brokers. When I spoke with Jim Cios from South Beach transport the first time he was very upfront and honest with me. I needed to get my vehicle from west coast to east coast very short notice. Jim helped me through the whole process and disclosed every possible fee I would face. My vehicle was over size and would not fit on a ordinary car carrier. Jim was able to find a flat bed truck that would complete the move for me. When he came back to me with the final cost it was not going to be financially advantagous to use a shipper and I decided to drive it instead. Jim did not pressure me at all and did all he could to get the price lower for me to make it worth while. The whole time we were going through this process he stayed in touch via e-mail, text, and phone. All in all, a very good experience, I would definitely recommend using Jim to any one else.
