After nailing down the pick up and delivery times, dates, and places 2 weeks prior; I get a call the carrier wants to totally change the pick up and delivery dates at the last minute.

The person in Ga and I had to scramble to make arrangements on the fly to accommodate the driver.

I had to do the calling and arrangements, Southbeach should have gone to bat for us and told driver that since arrangements had already been made, we could not change at this late date.

In fact, the lady at the pick up had to take an earlier flight home which costs her plenty just to meet the demands of the driver.

Ricky totally let me down and I will not use them again.
