Nicole was very attentive and understanding as this was our first time transporting a car. Her guidance was invaluable to a successful experience. She followed up with us to assure we had all information on driver that we needed and then again to make sure all went as well as possible.

The driver called us and worked out a good pickup time and again to pick up ahead of time. Driver also called along the way to give us heads up for delivery and again on time for actual delivery. We are quite satisfied and of course have at least 10 friends that plan to use this service in the next 6 months.
