I had written a negative review of my experience with Southbeach Transport company- my right to do so. Since then I have received several emails from the Transportation Administrator, complaining about the review and contradicting every issue I raised. In the interests of- -I don't know, karma?- I'll just say this: Nikki Cooke did her best. The lousy experience I had was mainly due to the truck company and drivers chosen by Southbeach for this transaction. I would not use Southbeach again. Obviously the majority of reviewers feel differently. So be it.
