We were glad we were not in a hurry, and really thought it might take several weeks or even a month to get our car transported because the origin city was a very small, out-of-the-way town in rural West Virginia. We were pleasantly surprised when Kevin called in about 10 days to let us know the car would be picked up the next day. The final price was $100 more than the original estimate, but I was given the option to take that or keep looking, it wasn't forced on me. Considering our concern for the origin not being on a heavily travelled route, we were glad to accept, and South Beach was fair enough to absorb part of the increase themselves. I've had no previous experience shipping vehicles, but I can recommend South Beach Transport as an honest, capable company to deal with, and I would use them again.
