It took some time for them to find me someone to ship my car. About 3 days. I could have found someone myself sooner than that. They say their is no cost up front but they have to hold about $200 on your card before you can proceed with the shipment. Like a hotel. The advertisement should say this up front. The customer service was good. The car was dirty when it got here. It had some chips in the paint on my car but I didn't see them until after I cleaned the car off. The company Alex Carrier didn't ask me whether I wanted my car enclosed or not. And neither did Mike from Southbeach Transport. Otherwise I would have chosen to have it enclosed to limit the chance of damage. My car did get here in working condition.
