I gave them an execellent rating due to the service and honestly we received from Joe Ortega and South Beach Transport. However the dispatcher with C & D Carriers could use a refresher in People Skills and Customer Service. The car arrived two days early (which was fantastic) however I was not given any advanced warning (12 to 24 hours was promised)and therefore was not at home. She called me at late Saturday evening and said the car would be here within a hour and half. When I explained I was not available I was given the ultimatum "do you want you car or not" ? I canceled my plans and headed home and they did arrive promptly at 7:30. It was dark so I coudn't inspect he car. I don't blame South Beach Transport for the Carrier Company's unprofessional manner! Joe Ortega did a wonderful job getting my car dispatched the day he got the order, and the Driver was very professional upon arrival. (although he didn't speak English). All was well in the light of day and all in all everything worked out well...
