Robert was very responsive. He promptly returned emails and was always immediately available by phone.
Derrick, the driver, was always courteous when contacted by cell phone and was very flexible when coordinating the time and location of the delivery.
The fee was competitive and the fact that it is collected at delivery and not prepaid is exceptional. In fact, the latter benefit is reason enough by itself to exclude many other transport companies.
