I called John on the Wednesday evening I overnighted my final paperwork to the dealership in North Carolina. On Thursday morning before the FedEx package arrived, John had already contacted my salesperson. By Thursday evening, a driver was at the dealership loading my new car. I had updates from John (who must work 24/7 based on the emails and phone calls), and then the driver called me over the weekend to confirm an early Monday arrival. By 9am Monday morning, the driver was unloading the car in front of my house. Even if I live on a popular route (Asheville, NC to West Palm Beach, FL..??), I never dreamed this could happen this efficiently and affordable (this was my lowest quote in a sea of quotes that flooded my In box). Really nicely done.
