Solomon Petersen was very amiable, pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable regarding the transportation process involved with my vehicle. As a first time user of transportation services, I was very impressed and satisfied with the service I received. The selling point for me after I requested the initial quote was the reasons provided as to why I should use South Beach Transport. Pay Nothing Up Front, NO Deposit Required and Door-to-Door Service contributed immensely to my decision to go with South Beach. Solomon was very professional and any questions I had, he responded immediately or within a reasonable time pending his schedule when I called. I was not kept waiting and always felt I was important to Solomon and South Beach.
I was very impressed with the EBRO, LLC driver, George. I never got his full name but, this was a very friendly and professional driver. He was very prompt and kept me informed via cell phone during the transit period. There was no delay in pickup or delivery. I was very satisfied with the courtesy and promptness of George.
Total shipping cost was as quoted, $899.99 to transport my vehicle from Cincinnati, Ohio to Irvine, California and it was completed in 4 days. I expected longer but, George delivered within a reasonable timeframe. No other hidden costs surfaced during pickup, transit or after delivery. I am very pleased with my experience as a first time customer.
