Rene was very thorough and informative. The pickup was later than expected, but was not his fault.. the delivery timing was good. And even though the driver asked for more than i expected, Rene took the difference out of South Beach's fee, so I ended up paying the same price even though I got an enclosed truck which was a bonus. i highly recommend.
