First off, I can't thank Silver Express Logistics enough. I gave Robert a rather short notice for the transport of a classic car from MA to CA. I let him know I didn't know if I was buying the car for sure until I flew there on Tuesday to see it in person. Robert said a driver would be in the area until Wednesday and to let him know if the deal went through. I flew in and saw the car on a Tuesday and let Robert know I was buying it Wednesday morning. Robert lined up the transport and the driver arrived a few hours within me buying the car. The enclosed truck was awesome and the driver Oleg was outstanding. Oleg understood my concerns about my car having to be moved during the transport and he put mine on top in front and assured me it would not move until it reached my house. I had concerns due to a recent transport with a different carrier in which my 1970 Plymouth Cuda was wrecked during transport to it's new owner in Texas but Oleg addressed my concerns and made me feel very comfortable with the transport. Oleg kept me informed of when he would arrive in my State and actually arrived a day early, giving me updates of what time he would arrive at my house. He backed into my court and the car was right where it was when it left MA. Oleg unloaded my car and made sure I was happy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what Robert and Silver Express Logistics did for me. To line up a quality driver and truck on short notice, and arrange for the pickup just hours after I bought the car, not to mention his prices were super competitive and lower than many competitors, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm sure my experience of a short notice transport is a rarity in the business because everything needs to be scheduled, but Robert worked his magic and everything fell in place with my transport needs. If I could give Robert and Silver Express Logistics 10 stars I would. For any of my future transports Silver Express Logistics will be the only transport company I will call.
