Derrick was very helpful in matching our schedule and making the process easy. Price was also the best. We needed to delay the pickup at the last minute due to repair work on vehicle and they accommodated us with no problem. The driver, Terry, arrived on time, was personable, and got the car to LA in 4 1/2 days. Derrick listened to what we needed, told us what to expect, and delivered! Flawless transaction. Highly recommend him and his company!
