Christina called on numerous occasions to keep me informed. She was the first person to contact me and she explained the process. Her knowledge and honesty came across right away. She told what to expect. and advised other brokers would be calling me and what to watch out for and she was right. I had a broker call me with a very low quote just to get me to go with them. There was an issue I had when the check to the buyer got lost and she did her best to accommodate the date changes. When the car was ready to go she had someone line up for the pick up within 2 hours. I have 90 customer service agents reporting to me and could honestly say I would hire her in a minute. My hope is who recognize Christina talents and provide her more opportunities to assist your clients going forward
