Great first time Experience!!!!

I requested for quotes on transportreviews.com and I got the lowest quote from Honesty First Auto Transport. I read many reviews regarding the car shipping industry and was very nervous to send my car from California to Texas. Due to the low price, I contacted Jennifer Keyon from Honesty First Auto Transport and she did a great job explained to me in details of how the industry works. She was very helpful and updated with me with all the information. My car was picked up a few hour late because the driver over-slept, but that was totally understandable, I rather have the driver had enough sleep while transporting my car then fall asleep on the road. The driver was so nice, since he was late, so instead of picking up my car at my house, he drove to my work place and picked it up from there. Once he got to Texas, he contacted me a day before, letting me know when he will be in Houston. The car was delivered to me right on the estimated time. I would use Honesty First Auto Transport again. Here is what I learned from the experience: 1) Plan ahead 2) Give the company enough time period so that they can work and find the lowest rate 3) Be nice to the driver :) and keep in contact with the driver.
