I will definitely use the company again. I was a little worried going with the company that gave me the lowest quote, but they went above and beyond my expectations. Nicole made sure to contact both myself and my mother which helped keep us all on the same page. She made sure to explain the entire process for us and how everything worked. I really liked the fact that we did not have to pay the deposit until we had a set pickup date. The driver worked with my mom to figure out when would be best to pick up the car around her work schedule. When it came time for drop-off, the driver called me in the morning telling me that Santa had a summer present for me. He arranged the drop-off in a large parking lot down the street from my house since my street would be too small. He also called me 30 minutes ahead of arrival to confirm he was running on time. Drop-off was quick and simple. He even drove my car into the parking lot so I would have to make a difficult u-turn. Not only was this company the cheapest out of all the companies I looked at, but also had great costumer service. I will recommend to all my friends.
