The customer service was exceptional and everything was on point the only reason I gave a four stars instead of five was because I made the mistake of giving an earliest pick up date earlier than I was ready for and the driver came a day earlier than the earliest pick up date I had mentioned. He would have waited an extra day until my earliest pick up date but I agreed to have him pick up a day earlier than I selected. Make sure whatever pick up dates you advise them of that you are actually available for them this was certainly my mistake on my end. Overall this service is the best around for the best rates and best customer service - I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to ship their car across the US.
