Initially spoke with Gabe on the phone who was very patient and helpful. I had never shipped a car before, so I was happy to find out that the process was pretty simple. Once I went through with the order, Gabe let me know that a carrier had offered to ship my car for a slightly higher price than quoted, which wasn't a big deal. The only reason I am giving four stars is that I had clearly entered the pick up location and the driver had my father-in-law (who helped us with the car pick up since we left the state already) drive to a different city/location at 7am on a Sunday for the pick up. Another hiccup was that I had clearly stated the earliest date it could arrive by since we were driving across the country and had to time it properly to receive the car. A couple of days beforehand I happened to text the driver who was going to be at the destination a day before we were scheduled to arrive. According to the driver, he didn't know that it had to be that date or later. We eventually resolved the issue, but it did cause some frustration and stress that I certainly didn't need during a cross-country move. The car arrived without any damage, so that was great.
