I shipped my car from the West Coast to the East Coast. The car was picked up and delivered without any issues by a courteous driver. That said, the agent I worked with to schedule my pickup was not particularly helpful. I was shipping around the winter holidays, so I was anxious to figure out when my car would deliver/if it would interfere with my holiday plans. Every time I called the agent to ask a question, her attitude and reaction to my questions implied she was doing me a favor (rather than vice versa, since I was spending nearly $1k with her company to ship!) As I said, my car arrived fine, which is why I would probably use Ship A Car again.
