Price and PickUp Timeframe

ShipACarDirect shipped our car from Costa Mesa, California to Andover, Massachusetts at the end of December 2019. Once the car was picked up, it was shipped safely and arrived in a timely manner. We had a few issues after placing the order with the pickup timeframe and the price. Unfortunately, our original salesperson left the company, and we didn't realize that we didn't have an associate at ShipACarDirect working on our behalf to get the car picked up in a timely manner. We continued to get automatic emails from ShipACarDirect, and didn't realize our salesperson was gone until we tried calling his disconnected number to inquire about our pick-up date. We did get a hold of Renee at ShipACarDirect, however, and she was super helpful. Renee said we needed to raise our offer in order to get a hauler to be interested in taking our vehicle during the holidays. She also explained that the prices would likely get even higher after the new year and this was our best option to get our car moved in a timely fashion. Luckily, we took her advice and our car made it to the Boston area on time. We'd like to thank Renee for explaining the situation so clearly and getting a hauler to pick up our vehicle. Albeit, it was picked up 4 days later than we had hoped, and we attribute this delay to the mistake make by the original salesperson who suggested proposing a lower price offer to the haulers. We were also disappointed that we had to pay an increased fee than what was originally quoted by our first salesperson.
