Shipping (including car shipping) is a vague field for those of us in the public who don't use it much - and really it's an area ripe for tech upgrades, guarantees, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. At the moment it's basically a crap shoot. Ship A Car Direct was a breath of fresh air. Stayed in contact with me the whole time. Asked if I needed anything. Asked if pick-up/drop-off was made on time and followed up after delivery to make sure all was well. AND I SAVED $500 OVER THE COMPANIES THAT PROVIDED QUOTES.
