Was able to schedule a pick up with less than a weeks notice. Cost was very competitive (I got an enclosed truck) to other car shipping companies. Customer service was extremely helpful, and I was able to get in touch with them easily. I was in contact with the same rep that I spoke with on the phone the entire time via e-mail and phone. Car got picked up within the estimated window, and there were 0 issues with the pick up. The two men that picked it up were friendly. I used the app that is provided to document photos of all sides of the car, as did the person who picked the car up. I received the car when the driver said I would and in the same condition that I had left it in. I would gladly use this service again, as well as refer friends to it.
