I used ShipACarDirect twice already, and each time the service has been excellent. There is always someone emailing you keeping you up to date on the carrier and what you should do, so you're never lost. The driver's I've gotten have been very nice and respectful. If you don't tip them, at least get them a snack and some cold water for the road. A little kindness goes a long way. *thumbs up*
