a car My goal was to ship my car from Florida to Oklahoma. I actually did research of companies 4 months before I shipped the car; I felt reasonably comfortable with Stefan and Ship A Car Direct; there was no pressure or hounding for the order at that time. When it did come time to ship, I contacted Stefan and 2 other companies to confirm my shipment and update quotes. Again no pressure from Stefan; the other 2 hounded me every day and sent emails, texts, etc that made me really worry about their integrity. Anyhow, I did settle with Ship A Car Direct and from that day, they treated me exceptionally well. Customer Service people, Stefan, and others contacted me almost every day to update the status of their searching, finding, and assigning a Transporter to my car. Within 2 days, I spoke with Transporter by phone and text; he answered promptly to both and picked up my car the day he said he would and dropped off in Oklahoma the day that he said he would and pretty close to the time frame that he advised both places. Ship a Car Direct was in constant contact with me offering their help if needed with Customer Service phone numbers and text available if I ran into any problems with the process of dropping off the car. In summary, I could not be happier with my experience and will feel comfortable recommending this company to any one in the future.
