Like most people, I read horror stories about shipping a car across the country...late pickups, drivers at delivery asking for more money than what was agreed upon, and varying degrees of damage to cars along with troubles getting restitution. My experience was the opposite. Ship-a-Car-Direct was upfront, told me exactly what to expect, and they came through on every promise. David followed up with regularly to check on my car status. The transport company they connected me with (SAP Transport) was on time, and their people were polite and responsive. The entire process, and all parties involved, could not have gone any better. I'd highly recommend Ship-a-Car-Direct. It was most gratifying to work with a broker who delivered on every promise, with no surprises or glitches, and who connected me with a vetted carrier who was equally professional and responsive.
