Prior to using this services, I had negotiated a contract with another provider, that did not call for around 4 days even after the pick up date had commenced, and jacked up the price by 300 dollars after repeated reminders. Typical in this industry, where brokers lock you for a lower price but push up prices at the last moment, hoping that you will have no other option and will shell out the money.
Renee was upfront, explained everything clearly, including pricing and process, I had so many followups throughout my car shipping that I almost got tired of the emails. (a pleasant surprise after having to call others to remind them).
This is a great service and has some great people who will take care of you, highly recommend the service.
