The most notable feature of my experience with Ship a Car Direct was the outstanding customer service. I would absolutely book with them again based on the customer service alone. When there were issues with the carrier of my car regarding the delivery, my representative, Christina, was always on top of communicating between the carrier and myself. She was always available via text/phone/email and helped ensure my car was delivered properly and on time.
