This is the first time we’ve ever needed to ship a car. After reading reviews online, we decided that Ship A Car Direct was the company to go with based on their focus on quality control. Once we submitted the form for our dates, we quickly received an email from John with a number to reach him directly. He answered every call and email within minutes and made everything incredibly easy for us. Once our carrier was assigned we received other emails from other employees that were there to walk us through each step of the process, just like John had plus John was still there If we needed him. We will definitely us Ship A Car Direct again.
