Overall my experience was positive, though very frustrating at times. If not for James (the local hauler) and Renee at Ship a Car Direct, I would not be happy. I had the option to drop my car at the last minute at the local shipper, which was easier for me (wish they had told me that in the beginning. Once the drop off occurred it was very difficult to track the progress of my car as I had to chose a location several hours from my house in order to make it convenient for the shipper and affordable for me as I live in northern Vermont. It took 2 days and several phone calls to get the phone number of the driver in order to give him some instructions and give me enough notice to make the long trek to pick up the car. I think I called them at least 8 times and could never get an answer as to when my car was going to actually be delivered until I badgered them enough to get me the driver's phone number. Driver was awesome and very cooperative, understanding my situation and the car was delivered in perfect condition. If anything it was just a communication issue but nevertheless an important area for improvement. I would use them again and I think the price was reasonable.
