There were some communication issues between the carrier and I in terms of pick up/ drop off day and time. At one point I was even asked to pick up my car from a location that was over 1.5 hours away from where i was staying.
HOWEVER, David was wonderful in getting everything figured out for me swiftly and at no additional cost to me. If I had to deal with the carrier on my own, I am afraid it would not have gone so well, so THANK YOU!
