Through what could have been a very stressful situation, Jennifer at Ship A Car Direct was extremely communicative and helpful. I had an uncommon route and poor winter weather to contend with, but once the car was picked up, the transit/delivery was made swiftly and safely, and the contracted driver was very pleasant.
