Driving cross-country, my car blew a head gasket in Kansas City, Mo.
I found a super garage in KC, and finished the trip in a rental. I began searching for a car transport company, calling many. When repairs were complete, Ship a Car Direct not only had the best rates, but they had the best people helping me. Jennifer especially. From pick-up at the garage in Kansas City to delivery in Portland Jennifer was there for me with information and logistics support. Then when the car reached Seattle on the way - Jennifer helped me reach out to the transport driver to arrange the Portland drop-off. The car arrived a little dirty from the winter weather, but in fine condition overall. I would definitely use Ship a car Direct again
