The entire process of relatively easy. I booked service online and got the quote. maybe it is the time of year ( middle of Jan), it took a little longer to find the carrier ( 6 days) and cost me 50 dollar more than the initial quote. During the that period of searching for the carrier, I was kept informed of progress. The carrier showed up the day as promised and pick up went smoothly. The car was delivered one day earlier. The driver is very accessible and very nice.
Overall, good experience and I would use their service again
