As long as your expectations are realistic, your experience will be satisfactory. Pick up and drop off times are a moving target, so let go of any expectations that you can pinpoint either. The drivers were professional and gave a one to two hour window. Dispatch could not always reach driver but were willing to follow through while I waited on the phone. Car was in good shape upon delivery.
