Ship a car direct is a good company. You reach out and they contact you and then contact you and then contact you (in a good way). They try to make sure things are smooth. The only problem I had is the carrier got some bad information from the broker and the day before I was supposed to get a pick up (the carrier didn't call me, I had to call them) the carrier suggested they wouldn't do it. I was flexible on dates and the carrier was very happy to handle things because of this, but there was more stress than I wanted. If you're flexible on dates, this is a great service. The broker wants things to go smoothly. If you aren't flexible on dates, then I'd reach out to a carrier directly. I'd use these guys again.
