Our car was shipped across the country safely. It took about a week. We didn't hear anything for several days, but eventually we did hear from the driver and were able to arrange a drop off point.
The price was reasonable. We also requested to be able to pay up front the entire amount so we didn't have to worry about having a large amount of cash at drop off. That was helpful. There were a lot of follow up emails.
