Great communication from the first contact via both email, text and direct phone. very personal service. They provided videos to explain the process for the unfamiliar and had a very friendly ap to document the condition of the car and other details of the moving process. A very responsive team effort. The driver was very courteous and also made the entire process easy. Also had direct communication from the driver as needed. Very pleased with the entire process.
