I am looking for a car shipping company to ship a SUV from California to Texas. I'm kind of new to this market so have to do a lot of research. Transport Reviews.com is the best place to find good car shipping companies based on user's reviews. Ship A Car Direct has good reviews on TransportReviews so I decided to contact them to get a quote. Renee quickly responses to my quote request. Their price is quite reasonable. You don't want to get too cheap when shipping cars. Renee then calls my number to confirm car make/model, pickup and delivery locations, available pickup date and best ETA. The next day, my car was assigned to a driver and I paid for their brokerage fee. The remaining is due when the car is delivered. The first driver couldn't pick up the car as expected. Renee contacted me right away to find solutions. She then assigned another driver name Sergey with the phone number and email address. This driver is very familiar with the pickup location. He came right to the front door on time, loaded the car, talked to my ant nicely, gave her ETA, even took some pictures with her. On the expected delivery day, I called Sergey and he said he made some other unexpected deliveries thus he couldn't deliver my car expected. He promised to come thing in the morning next day, which he did. At 8:00 AM on Saturday, he showed up right in front of my house, loading the car. Everything is good, no damage to the car, just signed the paperwork and made the final payment. Renee from Ship A Car Direct also contacted me after that to confirm everything goes smoothly. We are really happy with their service It's truly a door-to-door shipment. Again, when shipping a car, pricing should not be the top priority. The reputation of the carrier must be the one. And they did a good job to keep the reputation in this market. Next time if I need to ship cars, I absolutely go with Ship A Car Direct.
