The car was picked up over a week after I had been asked for it to be picked up, which was an issue since by that point I had left the state (luckily I had some family in the area that took care of it for me). Other than that, the car arrived by the time they promised (after the delayed pickup), and the carrier called me beforehand to ensure I could be there to receive the car. The car was in good condition; there were no issues transporting it.
