It's a hustle-free experience using ship-a-car-direct. I got quote at multiple brokers and ship-a-car-direct gives the lowest rate without having to negotiate over the phone. In fact, I only have to call the customer service once to see if I can change the pickup time at the last moment. John from ship-a-car-direct sends emails frequently to keep me updated which is very nice. The driver they found for me was excellent. I dropped my car off in central Illinois on Wednesday, and it arrives at California the next Tuesday, with a weekend and a labor day in between. I'm impressed and will recommend this service.
