Ship a Car direct helped make a worrisome issue into a non-issue. Ship a Car representative, Renee, was very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had. The Customer Service representatives (Maricel) kept me posted on the move and were available for any questions. Cars, Inc. was on time and also kept me posted on all legs of the move. Very pleasant experience.
